Scope and application
These terms govern car rental requests made to Touline Prestige in Casablanca and for the destinations offered on the website.
They supplement the summary sent to the customer. The specific details of each request — vehicle, dates, locations, price and deposit — are those confirmed by Touline Prestige before departure.
Request and confirmation
The form lets you submit a booking request. It is not an automatic confirmation and does not permanently reserve a vehicle.
Touline Prestige checks the information, availability and practical conditions. A reservation is confirmed only after Touline Prestige accepts the request and, when required, the deposit has been validated.
Driver and documents
The customer must provide accurate information and remain reachable at the phone number or email address supplied.
Before handover, the driver must present the valid documents requested by Touline Prestige, including an identity card or passport and a driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category. Applicable age and driving experience requirements are communicated before confirmation.
Vehicle offered
The vehicle, its category, specifications and reference price are shown on its listing. Where the exact model is not guaranteed, Touline Prestige may offer an equivalent vehicle in the same category, provided the customer is informed.
Its condition, mileage, fuel level and any observations are checked on collection and return. The customer should report any concerns immediately.
Dates, locations and return
Collection and return dates and times must be entered accurately. Any change should be requested as soon as possible so Touline Prestige can check whether it is feasible.
Delivery, return or destination charges are those shown in the summary or communicated on confirmation. The vehicle must be returned at the agreed place and time unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Price, deposit and payment
The rate shown on a vehicle listing is an indicative daily rate. The final amount depends in particular on the rental duration, dates and locations selected; the request summary details the calculation.
No payment is requested merely for opening the form. After acceptance, Touline Prestige may send a secure CMI payment link for the deposit stated in the summary. Where a deposit is required, the request is considered confirmed only once payment has been validated.
Changes, cancellation and no-show
Any change or cancellation must be reported by phone, email or WhatsApp, quoting the request reference. Touline Prestige will confirm the available options and any price implications.
If the customer does not attend, is significantly late or has provided inaccurate information, handover may be postponed or refused if the rental conditions are no longer met. The specific conditions communicated in the confirmation apply.
Use and responsibilities
The driver undertakes to use the vehicle in accordance with road traffic laws, safety rules and the instructions given at handover.
Unless agreed in writing, subletting the vehicle, lending it to an undeclared driver, racing, off-road use or illegal activity are prohibited. Any accident, damage, breakdown or other incident must be reported without delay.
Data and communications
Contact details entered are used to process the request, check availability, send the summary and contact the customer about the rental. The phone number may be used for a call or WhatsApp exchange if that channel is selected.
The customer may request correction of their information by contacting Touline Prestige and must report any error before confirmation.
